There is no competition

In this digital era there are those that aim to leverage themselves as a one stop shop when in fact they are liaisons. On the surface, there is a pretense of convenience, when in fact, the internet itself already provides that. When you factor in the additional costs the question you have to ask yourself, "Do I really need a middle man?" For arguments sake I'll take the time to compile a comprehensive list and provide you the opportunity to go direct if you like. I do that knowing that while there is no limit to available talent, there are few that have the resources which I have at their disposal. A sign of the times

Today's culture has an air of uncertainty, and I tackle this reality head on. The information age, with its abundance of data has ushered in a new understanding of not only cuisine itself, but the individual and their daily diet. It's not only a question of what's good for you, there are matters of sustainability and of course costs. With a multitude of factors to consider, the topic of meal preparation can quickly turn from conversation to debate. I of course draw from experience and the expertise of those around me, but more importantly I listen to the circumstance and obstacles facing potential clients. It's through this dialogue a foundation can be built. It is entirely possible to fight heredity concerns and champion fitness goals with one dish. A comprehensive  plan requires a disciplined approach. One that may very well challenge adages of taste and texture.
